FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

Fruit and vegetables have been eaten for the entire period of the human race.

We all know the basic rule , eat your 5 a day.

Fruit and vegetables are low in calories and fats and contain vital vitamins and minerals such as
 calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, beta-carotene, vitamin B-complex, vitamin-C, vitamin-A, and vitamin K.

Fruit and vegetables are rich in antioxidants that help protect our body from oxidant stress, diseases, and cancers.

Vegetables are carbohydrates and provide us with lots of energy but have far less calories and fats than classic carbs such as bread and pasta.

Fruit and veg can take lots of different forms. we eat them fresh, dried, tinned, cooked, raw, frozen or purified but it is best to eat them raw and fresh as they contain all of their vitamins and minerals.

Many more people have began to follow a plant based diet which may be very good for you and you may see a lot of health benefits although cutting meat eggs and diary cuts out a huge source of protein and iron which is hard to find elsewhere.
You may experience extreme energy lows in the first couple of day or weeks but after that people continue to see great health benefits as well as increased energy levels.
