MEAT, EGGS AND DAIRY.

The average person eats around 70g of meat a day which is double our recommended protein intake.

Around 10 billion animals in the USA are raised for dairy, meat, and eggs each year.

Factory farming is the leading cause of climate change today.

Over 3% of the worlds population are vegetarian (around 7 million)

Just under 1%  of the population are vegan and consume no meat, eggs or dairy and follow a plant based diet (rozblogzz.BlogSpot.com)

Although more and more people today are encouraging less meat intake due to animal cruelty and unhealthy habits ect.  eating meat is an important source of protein which is otherwise hard to get and it has been an important source of food for humans since the hunter gatherers hundreds of thousands of years ago. see @rozblogzz for contradiction.

Meat is a great source of protein and iron but also contains a lot of fat and can be very processed.
Meat has been known to be bad for the heart when not eaten in consideration which it is not by most people.

Like everything, eat in considered amounts of these products is ok and maintain a balanced diet of all food groups.
